Return Window

You can return products within 7 days from date of delivery. Return request must be initiated within this period.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for return, products must meet following conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Try on items carefully over your existing clothes.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Products without tags cannot be accepted.

Products should be in same condition as received with no signs of damage, stains, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items
Following items cannot be returned:
Made to Order & Customized Products

Products marked as "Made to Order" cannot be returned. These items are specially crafted according to your specifications and cannot be sold to another customer.

Customized or personalized products with custom embroidery, measurements, or design modifications cannot be returned.
Other Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on product page

Items without original tags or labels attached

Products showing signs of use, washing, or wear

Customer bears return shipping costs for standard returns. We recommend using trackable shipping method for your protection.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is completely free. We will provide prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
