Our Cancellation Policy

At Flosse, we understand that plans change. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. This policy explains when and how you can cancel.


When You Can Cancel

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Act Quickly

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.


How to Cancel Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

  • Our team will respond within 2 to 4 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

  • We will confirm if cancellation is possible based on order status.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once cancellation is approved, refund will be processed to your Flosse Wallet within 2 to 7 working days.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

1. Made to Order Products

Products marked as "Made to Order" cannot be cancelled once production has started. These items are specially crafted according to your specifications.

2. Customized Products

Personalized items with custom embroidery, measurements, or design modifications cannot be cancelled once work begins.

3. Already Dispatched Orders

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.

4. Delivered Orders

Delivered orders cannot be cancelled. Please use our Return Policy if needed.


Cancellation Charges

No Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel before dispatch.

Full order amount will be refunded to your Flosse Wallet including any shipping charges you paid.


Refund Process

All cancellation refunds go to your Flosse Wallet only. No bank or card refunds are processed.

Wallet Benefits:

  • Can be used for any future purchase

  • Never expires

  • Credited within 2 to 7 working days

Partial Order Cancellation

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products and you want to cancel only some items, contact us immediately.

We will try to remove those items if order has not been packed yet. If items are already packed together, you may need to:

  • Cancel entire order before dispatch, or

  • Receive all products and return unwanted items

Refund for Partial Cancellation

Refund for cancelled items will be processed to Flosse Wallet within 2 to 7 working days.


What If Order Already Shipped

Option 1: Refuse Delivery

You can refuse to accept delivery when courier partner attempts delivery. Order will return to us and refund will be processed to Flosse Wallet.

Option 2: Accept and Return

Accept delivery and initiate return following our Return Policy. Please note that for standard returns, you will bear return shipping costs.


When We May Cancel Your Order

In rare cases, we may cancel your order if:

  1. Product is out of stock and cannot be restocked

  2. Pricing or product errors occur on website

  3. Payment or shipping information cannot be verified

  4. We cannot deliver to your location

  5. Suspected fraudulent activity

What Happens:

  • You will be notified immediately via email and phone

  • Full refund processed to Flosse Wallet within 2 to 7 working days

  • We may suggest alternative products
