- Full eligible refund amount will be available in your wallet for future purchases

- All products available on our website can be purchased using your wallet balance

Think of your Flosse Wallet as your personal shopping credit with us. Once your refund is processed:
Check Your Balance:
- Log in to your Flosse account to view your current wallet balance anytime
- Balance is displayed clearly on your account dashboard
Using Your Wallet:
- When you shop next, your wallet amount will automatically appear at checkout
- You can use your full wallet balance or a portion of it as per your preference
- If your order total exceeds your wallet balance, simply pay remaining amount using any available payment method

- No expiration date on wallet balance
- Safe and secure storage of your credits
- Instant application at checkout

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, products must meet our return criteria:

Shipping Charges

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of refund:
