At Flosse, we deliver your beautiful ethnic wear safely across India. We have successfully reached 100+ pin codes and continue expanding our network.
Where We Ship
We ship to all serviceable locations across India including metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, towns, and many rural areas.
Check Delivery Availability
Enter your pin code during checkout to verify if we deliver to your location. If your area is currently not serviceable, contact us at support@flosse.in. We are constantly expanding our reach.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
Free shipping available on prepaid orders above a minimum cart value.
Standard Shipping
Flat shipping charges apply for orders below minimum cart value.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available for select locations. Additional handling charges may apply for COD orders. COD availability will be shown during checkout based on your pin code.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time varies based on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

Other Cities and Towns: 5 to 7 business days

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days
Business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on next working day.
Made to Order Products: These require additional 5 to 7 business days for crafting before shipping begins.

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at delivery address.
What You Need To Do:

Keep phone accessible for delivery partner's call

Check package condition before accepting

Provide ID proof if requested

Sign acknowledgment or provide OTP
Failed Delivery
If all delivery attempts fail, order returns to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process refund to Flosse Wallet.
Package Issues
Damaged Package
Do not accept visibly damaged packages. Contact us immediately at support@flosse.in with photos.
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
Check with family, neighbors, or security first. Contact us within 24 hours if you cannot locate your package.
Missing Items
Contact us immediately with order number and photos of package contents.
Important Points
Address Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to change delivery address. Changes possible only before dispatch.
Multiple Items
We try to ship all items together. Sometimes items may ship separately from different warehouses. No additional charges for split shipments.
Peak Season Delays
During festivals or sale periods, delivery may take additional 2 to 3 days due to high volumes.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping not available.
